David Gaffney, Senior Relationship Manager at Arts Council England, is our main presenter in March. He helps develop arts projects, assesses applications for funding, manages funding programmes, delivers talks and training sessions on arts funding, and works with regularly funded arts organisations. He is also a writer and the author of several novels.
